Venue Rental Rates

Rental rates above are not inclusive of staffing and catering packages.
Skydeck and Magik Street room rentals are priced per hour.
- Skydeck rentals are subject to in-season pricing during the Winter Special.
Site visits are by appointment only and must be requested and confirmed by e-mail.
Any Sunday during a holiday weekend will be subject to In-Season Saturday rates.
New Years Eve events will be subject to In-Season Saturday rates.
Only signed contracts with deposits will be guaranteed space & services.
Credit cards are accepted with a 3.5% fee.
Rights of entry, catering services, and alcohol are exclusively held by LM Catering & Events.
- Lacuna Lofts allows BYOB events, with alcohol handling only permitted from BASSET trained staff.
- LM Catering & Events is happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please talk to a member of our sales team regarding details.
