“I am SO happy I went with Lacuna for my wedding venue. I fell in love as soon as I saw the space. The street art murals are SO cool, the neon signs - all just add to the vibe. I cannot recommend the sky deck enough. Especially with out of town guests - it really provided that wow factor. While with Lacuna, our rep changed 4 times. This made us nervous each time, but each rep was well educated on our wedding and transitioned smoothly, so I had no concerns after the initial anxiety. And not least THE FOOD. Oh my god was the food great. Our guests are still complimenting it. Especially my mother, who is SUPER honest lol. They nailed even the little things. I loved a neon sign in their bathroom when I toured. When I mentioned it, they said it had since broken but made sure to have it fixed before our ceremony! Seriously, such a huge thank you to the LM team. My only complaint was that it was just one day!”

“Lacuna Events by LM was our DREAM venue! The entire venue gave our day the exact feel we were looking for and wow-ed our guests in countless ways! The skydeck view was the perfect backdrop for our ceremony. La Galleria fit our 280 person guest list comfortably and provided us with plenty of room to add decor to make it our own. Emily was phenomenal to work with- quick to respond and really went above and beyond for us the entire day. We are still getting compliments 4 months later! The food... omg the FOOD. Absolutely delicious. The tasting was very intimate and personalized. So many of our guests commented that the dinner was some of the best wedding food they have ever had. Would use the same venue all over again x100!”

“This venue was amazing! I live in Chicago but toured venues in the suburbs and this venue was better priced than most of the venues I saw in the suburbs. The staff here were absolutely amazing! I was told my my mother in-law that it was the nicest wedding she had ever been to in her life. Emily is an amazing catering manager and super helpful and sweet! I would 100% recommend this venue.”

“If you ever dreamed of having a Chicago City wedding... Lacuna is hands down the perfect venue! On top of the amazing rooftop with the Chicago skyline backdrop, the venue is just so unique and fun it was a no brainer to have our wedding there. The food was incredible and the option to byob was the cherry on top. We worked with Laura and she was just so amazing to work with, very communicative and quick to respond to emails. We felt comfortable every step of the way having her coordinate our wedding. Our wedding was hosted on the rooftop deck (with cocktail hour) and reception in the reverie gallery. It was perfect for our 155 guest list. Can't recommend Laura & the Lacuna team enough!”

“Where to begin!!! This venue is simply STUNNING. Our guests are still raving about cocktail hour on the rooftop - can't top them skyline views! Our reception was in the Reverie Gallery - a magical space filled with TONS of personality, funky murals, art installments, you name it. And the food...divine! We're still dreaming of the apps, entrees, sweet treats and late-night snacks that blessed our taste buds that evening. Not to mention our tasting experience leading up was an absolute blast (all thanks to Tania...I'll get to her!) But what made our wedding EXTRA special was the staff at Lacuna. The set-up/clean-up crews, captains, servers, and bartenders (along with the rest of our vendors) worked so hard to ensure the evening ran smoothly AND our guests had fun. Some guests are still talking up one of the bartenders at the main bar in Reverie - wish I had his name! He was absolutely FAB! We are still blown away by the staff at Lacuna - they deserve all the accolades. Our venue coordinator, Tania, was BEYOND incredible. Tania helped us every step of the way leading up to our big day (in more ways than one!) She was so quick to answer our 5,000+ questions, calm our nerves, and respond to my middle-of-the-night emails (whoopsie). She made our wedding planning experience seamless, memorable and FUN! Not sure where we'd be without her expertise and guidance. Just seeing her face and hearing her voice day-of put me at ease! We'd recommend Lacuna to anyone and everyone. A+ venue, A+ staff, A+ experience!!! We will truly cherish this day/venue forever.”

“We had our wedding in late July on the Skydeck and in the smaller event space, La Galleria. We could not have been happier with how everything went, the space and the team involved helped make it a fantastic day. The space was truly magical and the views of the city could not be beat. Because it's such a great looking space, and Lacuna provides great tables and linens, we didn't need to do too much in terms of decor, which saved us a lot of costs and headache. Our venue contact, Emily B, was also incredible. She had a tough challenge of filling in for someone who left part-way through our planning, but she didn't miss a beat, and we felt like everything went smoothly. She was super responsive and knowledgeable to all of our individual requests and asks, and incredibly personable to boot! Our guests enjoyed being there, and we got tons of rave reviews about all the food. We highly recommend this space!”

“We loved Lacuna Lofts for our Venue!! It was an old macaroni factory that has turned into a creative event space, so it has a lot of Chicago history & character. They got us in to see the space right away. If you are looking for a gorgeous rooftop and view of the skyline, this is your place! We had our ceremony & cocktail hour up on the roof, and it was perfection. We also loved the fun artwork and signage everywhere as well. It allowed us to simplify our decor for our space. We worked with Laura T. and she was an absolute delight! So wonderful & easy to work with. She answered all of our questions, and she worked with all of our requests. They allow you to source your alcohol from binny's which saved us a bunch of money for our open bar. We received so many compliments on the food and desserts table. Multiple people commented that the food was the best they've ever had at a wedding, and it was the best wedding they have ever been to!”

“We had our wedding in La Galleria of Lacuna Lofts and it was amazing. We were won over during the walk-through by the art, wood floors, and large windows. The 5th floor was perfect for us since we were having a medium sized wedding (130 guests). Our event manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took over when our prior coordinator transferred venue locations. Laura was on top of everything from the start and so quick to respond to any questions or concerns. She worked with our other vendors the day of and everything ran seamlessly. The rooftop was open for guest to see and take photos while we had our cocktail hour on the first floor. The food was great and we received many compliments from our guests. Everyone on the catering team from the servers, bartenders, and night catering manager were amazing. We are so happy we had our wedding at Lacuna!!”
